• Cancellations & Refunds: We require 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a full session fee. Refunds for coaching packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Confidentiality: All sessions are strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only if there is a legal obligation to disclose information or a risk of harm to yourself or others.
